Federal Register, Final Rule - Food Labeling: Health Claims; Soluble Fiber From Certain Foods and Risk of Coronary Heart Disease

The FDA is adopting as a final
rule, without change, the provisions of the interim final rule (IFR)
that amended the regulation authorizing a health claim on soluble fiber
from certain foods and risk of coronary heart disease, to add
barley betafiber as an additional eligible source of beta-glucan
soluble fiber.
