What is Aura-Soma Colour Therapy?
Aura-Soma is a holistic colour therapy that re-balances
the human aura (electro-magnetic energy field). It
restores and revitalizes the body, mind, spirit and
emotions. It is the first therapy to combine the living
energy of colour, essential oils and herbal extracts with
crystal and mineral energies. This combination aids in
revealing the root cause of any imbalances and moves you
further towards wholeness and wellness.
The Origins of Aura Soma Colour Therapy
Aura Soma was created in England in 1984 by Vicky Wall.
At that time she had been a practicing pharmacist for 40
years and was a podiatrist. At an early age Vicky was
able to see human auras. She saw people as rainbows of
colour and was able to detect if something was not quite
right within the rainbows. At the age of 66 Vicky
formulated the first bottles and Aura-Soma was born.

We are surrounded by colour and are often not aware of
the profound effect it has on us physically and
emotionally. Specific colours have different positive
effects on our health and vitality.
Working with an Aura-Soma consultant, the client
chooses four bottles from a selection of 98. The bottles
are brilliant with colour; the top half contains the oily
substance of the plants and the bottom half contains the
watery substance of the plants. The bottles can contain
two different colours. It is from the client’s
selection that the consultant interprets the colours
chosen and explains the significance of the sequence in
which the bottles were chosen. Colours include the full
spectrum of the rainbow - from red through violet.
When both coloured layers in the Aura Soma bottles are
shaken together and applied to the body, they penetrate
through to the semi-permeable membrane of the skin, into
the lymph system, the blood stream and finally into the
organs of the body. Aura-Soma has a balancing and healing
effect on all of the glands of the body and on the total
hormonal system.
The mystery of how the Aura-Soma oils have healing
effects in precisely the right places in the body is much
the same as the mystery of how the contents of
nutritional supplements or pills also arrive at and
benefit the right area.
Awareness and use of Aura-Soma has spread throughout
Europe, Australia, the United States and Canada. More
than 40,000 bottles are hand-poured each month and
shipped world wide.

What Illnesses can AuraSoma Colour Therapy Treat?
Each colour is associated with various aspects of life
and there are several conditions with which it can assist.
Red for example is associated with energy, grounding,
survival issues and the material side of life. It assists
with healing stress, anger, frustration, blood
circulation and weight loss. Green is associated with
space, and the ability to see all aspects of a situation.
It assists with healing the heart, lungs, thymus gland,
ulcers, envy and indecisiveness.
How Many
Treatments are Needed?
Aura-Soma can be used as often as intuitively desired as
the body has a way of letting us know when colour is
needed to restore balance.
Who Can
Receive Aura-Soma Treatment?
Aura-Soma can be used by anyone of any age from newborn
to elders.
